1. Entry is limited to current Grand Reserve members only. If you are not a 2024 Grand Reserve member, your entry will be null and void.

 

2. Entry is limited to one submission per member. Multiple entries under the same name and/or address will disqualify all entries for that member.

3. Submission of this form does not guarantee a bottle for any member. Entries will be randomized, picked, and raffle winners will receive an email.

4. No pre-payment is necessary, but payment will be required upon pickup.

 

5. If your name is chosen, you must pick your bottle up from Kenny's (New Smyrna Beach location) no later than the date specified in the email sent to winners.

6. If your name is chosen as a winner, you must show a valid ID that matches the name associated with your Grand Reserve membership.
